Default Dialup router to attach to wireless laptop

I have dialup on desktop and need to attach wireless to laptop. Desktop doesn't have PCI card for wireless. So what is new dialup router with safety options & does desktop need other hardware to attach wireless to laptop? Can I utilize new wireless router with dialup backup?

    Default

You doesn’t require router as you have wireless card in both systems. It would be Ad hoc Wireless Network and simple to set up. PC would be set up as host. Select any firewall to use before using that comes with XP.
