Advances in areas of contacts and signal processing have carried about wireless office. Largest companies of office printers and faxes are HP. For wireless operation, system should be ready with wireless print server connected to printer that holds organizing print requests from network.

Instructions

• Check printer for internal print server. For one printer to hold print requests from many PCs, print server is necessary to organize priority and keep requester's character related with particular print request.

• Get MAC address of print server for HP printer that including to network. MAC address is unique address that identifies every PC on network. MAC is hardware address of printer.

• Open router configuration page and enter MAC address of printer in network. Update hardware addresses in router design function. Save configuration and reset router by detaching it from plug. HP gives part of software called HP printer network printing wizard. Attach network hardware jointly, run network printing wizard and follow its commands for any other steps necessary to make sure consistent network printing on new printer from every users on network.
