Access the 2Wire modem's interface by leaving to "gateway.2wire.net". Press on the "Home Network" icon. Press the "Enable" button on right if you presently have one. Enter your system password for your modem then press the "Submit" button. Press on "Wireless settings" link to access the rest of wireless settings. Check "SSID Broadcast" is allowed so that the wireless network will be noticeable. Also, regulate the channel and power settings as required to optimize the wireless signal strength.
