Thread: Wireless mouse blocks exploiting randomly, red light stays on.

I comprise a Microsoft "Wireless Optical Mouse 2.0". The past duo days, for no evident cause, it's commenced to arbitrarily not work. In the 2nd before it stops, the cursor will beginning for a moment freezing then seeming where it should be reckons on where I moved the mouse at the like time as it was frozen. Then it will freeze entirely. Once the cursor freezes, the mouse will be wholly insensitive. The red light at the underneath of the mouse will too hang about on bright, in spite of of whether I am proceeding the mouse or not.

When I accept seen this thread I guess there will be any result in this but there is no any result for my query. Really I am too becoming by this and in this presently my mouse cursor freezes on the display. So in order to get rid from this consequence I accept disconnected and reconnected the cable to the mouse but after stopping and restarting the PC, the cursor impresses again and then hangs again. So why like this it is encountering and in order to determine this what should I do.

I accept too done the like thing in that I accept set up but it is same. I repeat that my pc is real cleaned and at the procedure stage nothing works in a great extent. I accept one GB of ram and I am not still a utilized 350 MB from this. And I too similar to do a repair. It holds the drivers and software but do not hold the windows updates and I cannot detect clean at all. So please tell me any hint in order to get rid of from this consequence.

Similar you guys I accept also faced this kind of consequence but in that the result which I have attempted after that it is exploiting properly. In this I guess there may be the consequence of the infrared receiver. I think it is not experiencing the signal properly. So I will hint you to change this. May be this will becoming to assist you as it did in my case. And ya after attempting this too you will not able to get result for your query so you only go to the other forum site I hope there you will get result. Since as much I know considering this I have explained over here.

I appeared at the device manager; the drivers for my mouse were removed. I accept reinstalled, the organization which told me that the "device works decently", but nothing to do pointer still blocked. Finally, I accepted out a mini-USB wired mouse ball on my laptop, I plug it and then the mouse exploits miracles! So I guess my wireless optical mouse has only passed away it!

In the company of totally due deference, "a computer mouse does not last everlastingly" rankles a bit, afterwards mine is just six months old. At 800 rs plus this appears to go beyond the "built in obsolescence" we have been instructed to anticipate. I am very aggravated. My experience is precisely that of the original post-er. I will go forward to look for answers somewhere else. My afterwards wireless will not be a Microsoft product!
